But, these items with the exclamation mark also cannot be removed from your inventory even by putting them in the stash. But they still take weight to carry around. Also, they clutter the inventory.

I think the fact that they are iconic or whatever and can be remade isn't necessarily connected to this but there is, they say, a bug relating to iconic items with this flag. I haven't tried it yet because the crafting and upgrading options were so awful.

I should be able to deal with those the same way I can deal with any other clothing. I'm not saying I need to dissemble them, but I should be able to stash them at least.
So now if you already had it equipped prior to the update, you're stuck with it. If you had it in your inventory, you can no longer see it. The only way to get it back now is through CET on pc.
