On ryujinx, probably not. Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw. BOTW was a hard game on yuzu now seems totally playable. (I know about cemu but this seems big) ... There's definitely something going on because Link's awakening now runs flawlessly at 60fps in native 720p whereas before updating to emudeck 2 I had to play at x0.75 and still had some dips to the 50s.
