So I had an issue with breaking my oath if vengeance in act 2. I was playing a dark urge paladin play through. I was able to do it in the shadow lands with the guy who brings back the girl from the dead to punish her. You tell her to stab herself and then change your mind breaking the oath. Then I had to respec and that reset my oath.
