Just waited 1-1/2 hours to board the Bolivar Ferry. This is not a tourist attraction!! People like me just need to get from Bolivar to Galveston. I can't believe the chamber of commerce and Texas DOT advertise this as "free" sightseeing activity. Keep the ferry if you want a tourist attraction but build a bridge!!!
