I thought it was my past use of mods with vortex, (only one mod, where you remove the main characters voice) so I uninstalled everything and it still didn't work. Some motherboards have a built-in video port as well. Its a common mistake to make. But back on subject I have a GTX 1060 card and my models are slow to load at time as well. The textures loading a lot worse and slower so when I noticed the download happening I cancelled it. But after that the textures were still loading in slow.
