The other two slots can be by preference or who you have RS for. Researcher adds a ton of serviceability and is great for raids and the campaign (Villains 7 1-3 and Doom 2 1-3 specifically). You will no longer be forced to use Minions for the first 2 nodes which will improve your experience drastically. As for nodes 5-10, you will now also have the option of using P.E.G.A.S.U.S. characters there, which is also our recommendation.
