Jun 21, 2008 · Our Tivo recently wouldn't boot pass the "powering on" screen. I thought it was a hard drive and tried to replace that. After replacing the hard drive it started flashing the front 2 lights on the display, then I tried a new power supply and still flashing, drive and fan power up.
