I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.

Complete scam. Paid for a room and over 4 days later, the hotel did not have a reservation in my name and GoSplitty refused to give me a confirmation number. I booked with another vendor. Upon completion of my travels, the district manager for the hotel chain confirmed my suspicions by email that GoSplitty never paid for a room in my name.

The useless chat bot message system on Roomdi just sends you round in circles, it is incapable of answering ANY questions and basically just keeps asking for your booking number.
