I checked the Smart Management Module installed by the AC and while the generator is providing the house power the light on the module blinks ever 6 seconds, indicating "Gen Load Lockout". This must be the reason why the AC is not running but I have no idea how to change this. I have no manual for the Smart Management Module.

The old Carrier air handler had a 60 amp from the main panel feeding the strips then the yellow and black on the molex plug had 240v coming from the 20 amp in the Generac transfer switch. The new Goodman has everything run through the heat strips.
