If you get killed with your Insured Weapon, you can't access it again for 2 hours.. Correct, when in cooldown mode you can't add the insured weapon to the loadout in the first place. It's completely random when it occurs. Just now I started a game with insured weapon in my loadout and spawned with the insured weapon equipped.

Those that aren't familiar with it, those of us using consoles to play DMZ have been experiencing our weapons and keys being deleted. No matter what capacity above 23 weapons stash we have, anything above 23 gets deleted.
