So I decided to experiment with Kront's Sign of the Meteor (1 Armor = 1.2 Attack Damage%) and started with 200+ armor and 100 base attack damage. When I started doing ~400 damage per swing I got more and more armor from boons and shrines, but it kept doing only 400 damage even though the percentage was over +800%.
