The issue obviously is that it will not stop. I pulled the wheel and tried adjusting the threaded rod that attaches to the pedal and the nut that applies pressure to the arm that pushes in the brake pins with no luck. I just changed my 2 Craftsman generators, and my 15.5hp Kohler powered LT1000 with Napa Gold filters. They are a good quality filter and I would recommend them without reservation.
